Hi, I am Dillon Kreider, the Owner of The Fitness Lab, and I am here to help women just like you get stronger, healthier, and happier. 

I have been training for almost 15 years and my coaches are also passtionate about helping women get strong, fit, and active.  

There is nothing more satisfying than watching a woman achieve her goals. It could be doing 1 pullup or 10 push ups, running 1 mile or completing a half-marathon, to feeling stronger and having more energy. 

I have had women light up telling me how they carried ALL of the 40 pound bags of compost to the garden or the heavy bags of dog food into the house.  They glow when they recount a really long bike ride or hike, telling me how strong they felt and how proud they were of what they had accomplished. 

I've had women tell me how they slipped on a stair but DIDN'T fall because they were able to catch themselves. They always tell me it was due to their improved balance and core strength.

Seriously, I'm the person who never sticks with any exercise program very long, but TFL has been a game-changer.

Here's How You'll Benefit
We will give you our easy to follow nutrition plan that makes your daily meal planning easier.  We're including before, during, and after body composition scans so you can see your results. (Optional and not required).
 You'll get Unlimited Team Training (4-20 people) for 6 weeks. We start with a group warmup and end with a group cool down and stretching. All workouts include modifications and progressions so you can go at your pace and get stronger over time.

When is my Consultation?
As soon as you are signed up, we will contact you to schedule your consultation*. Once we have met, you will be able to schedule your team training and personal training sessions.  
Do I have to come for 42 straight days?
        No. We do recommend that you workout on the program for 3-4 sessions per week for BEST results.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we will scale the workouts to your fitness level. During your first personal training session, we will advise you on the best way to utilize your program. 

Sign up for 6 personal training sessions to ease into our program. Personal training sessions are limited to 4 people and you'll receive hands on coaching from our amazing trainers. 
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals.
