Hi, I am Dillon Kreider
, the Owner of The Fitness Lab
, and I am here to help women just like you get stronger, healthier, and happier.
I have been training for almost 15 years and I love helping women get strong, fit, and active. There is nothing more satisfying than watching a woman achieve her goals. It could be doing 1 pullup or 10 push ups, running 1 mile or completing a half-marathon, to feeling stronger and having more energy.
I have had women light up telling me how they carried ALL of the 40 pound bags of compost to the garden or the heavy bags of dog food into the house. They glow when they recount a really long bike ride or hike, telling me how strong they felt and accomplished afterwards.
I've had women tell me how they slipped on a stair but DIDN'T fall because they were able to catch themselves. They always tell me it was due to their improved balance and core strength.
One of my favorites is when a gal tells me how much better she feels, she's more confident, more energetic, and beams with pride over her accomplishments in and out of the Fitness Lab.
