Hi, I am Dillon Kreider, the Owner of The Fitness Lab, and I am here to help women just like you get stronger, healthier, and happier.
I have been training for almost 15 years and I love helping women get strong, fit, and active. There is nothing more satisfying than watching a woman achieve her goals. It could be doing 1 pullup or 10 push ups, running 1 mile or completing a half-marathon, to feeling stronger and having more energy.
I have had women light up telling me how they carried ALL of the 40 pound bags of compost to the garden or the heavy bags of dog food into the house. They glow when they recount a really long bike ride or hike, telling me how strong they felt and accomplished afterwards.

I thoroughly enjoyed the classes and loved the personal training sessions with Dillon. I love working out and am okay/decent shape from workouts on my own, but was looking for classes that incorporated mobility, interval training, body weight work, etc., and exercises I might not think to do on my own -- this place had it all!
Sometimes I just don't want to think while at the gym and this really allowed me to follow instructions and focus on the exercise at hand and not worry about what to do next.
The personal training sessions were by far my favorite! Dillon seemed to really be able to gauge my current fitness level and push me, without going over the top. I've worked with a handful of trainers in the past and this is not an easy task, most of the time I felt like it was a workout I could've done on my own (which is always disappointing when you're looking for something more with a trainer), but this was not the case with Dillon.
The classes seemed to be a good mix of folks at a more beginner level and others who have worked out for quite some time. The beauty of these classes is you can really push yourself for your specific fitness level. I really appreciated that.

CONSULTATION Get clear on your goals. We'll discuss what you want to achieve during your program and create the best program for you utilizing your small group training and team training sessions.
6 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS 1-4 people. A semi-private group training provides a more intimate environment where you can focus and excel. We assess your movements and strength and you will learn how our training sessions work and the equipment we use. We'll provide instruction and modifications that you can utilize that will get you in better shape and keep you injury free. Receive hands on coaching and a more tailored approach to your workouts.
UNLIMITED TEAM TRAINING 4-20 people. Train together in a high energy circuit format.... Don't worry, you can always go at your pace with guidance from our world class coaches.

When is my Consultation?
As soon as you are signed up, we will contact you to schedule your consultation*. Once we have met, you will be able to schedule your team training and personal training sessions.
Do I have to come for 21 straight days?
No. We do recommend that you workout on the program for 3-4 sessions per week for BEST results.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level. During your first personal training session, we will advise you on the best way to utilize your program.
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals. We offer our customplan Lean Body Rules if you have specific goals!
