, and I am here to help women and men just like you get stronger, healthier, and happier.
I have been training for almost 15 years and I love helping women and men get strong, fit, and active. There is nothing more satisfying than watching someone achieve their goals. It could be doing 1 pullup or 10 push ups, running 1 mile or completing a half-marathon, to feeling stronger and having more energy.
I have had people light up telling me how they carried ALL of the 50 pound bags of compost to the garden or the heavy bags of dog food into the house. They glow when they recount a really long bike ride or hike, telling me how strong and accomplished they felt afterwards.
I've had women tell me how they slipped on a stair or ice, but DIDN'T fall because they were able to catch themselves. They always tell me it was due to their improved balance and core strength.
I've had men bust at the seams when they recount a big task at home like power washing the deck or cleaning the entire yard over the weekend with little to zero soreness after.
One of my favorites is when a new member tells me how much better they feel, the new found confidence and energy that they have, and seeing them beam with pride over their accomplishments in and out of the Fitness Lab.
