I have been training for 15 years and I love helping women and men get strong, fit, and active.  There is nothing more satisfying than watching someone achieve their goals. We assess your movements and strength and you will learn how our training sessions work and the equipment we use. When is my Consultation?
As soon as you are signed up, we will contact you to schedule your consultation*. Once we have met, you will be able to schedule your team training and personal training sessions.  
Do I have to come for 14 straight days?
        No. We do recommend that you workout on the program for 3-4 sessions per week for BEST results.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level. During your first personal training session, we will advise you on the best way to utilize your program. 
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals. We offer our custom plan Lean Body Rules if you have specific goals!
